ICON Utility Services dedicated Emergency Response Division (ERD) includes a combination of safety, security, emergency and all-hazard incident management experts who are specialized in natural disaster, wildland fire, utility, pandemic and pipeline/gas emergency response. Our team members have extensive experience with OSHA, FEMA-Incident Command System (ICS), and National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG) instruction and curriculum development. Members of the ERD are OSHA, FEMA, NIMS, CWCG, ICS instructors and curriculum development specialists for scenario-based simulations and tactical decision games (TDGS). Not only are they instructors, but field operators who have participated as boots on the ground conducting response and recovery for numerous incidents worldwide.
